Three courses. Complete darkness. 30 strangers.

You will eat a full three-course dinner without seeing your hands, your food, or the faces of the people sitting next to you. No phones. No candles. No light. Nothing.

Somewhere between the starter and the main course, you will hear a question asked into the darkness. You don't have to answer. But in the dark, with strangers who cannot see you — most people do.

Oh — and your main course? You won't choose it. Three dishes are in that room. Which one lands in front of you is pure chance. You'll only find out what you ate when the lights come back on.

At one point during the night, a single camera flash will fire. One photograph. Thirty confused, laughing, mid-bite faces frozen in the dark. That image is the only proof this night ever happened.

When the lights finally return, you will look across the table at the people whose voices you've been hearing for hours. That moment — seeing them for the first time — is something nobody has been able to explain to someone who wasn't there.

30 spots. Accra. May 2025.
Dress code: All black. Everything.

✦ You won't see it coming. Literally.
