Welcome to Ayatickets. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile applications, USSD services, and related event management, ticketing, and payment services. By accessing or using Ayatickets, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

Ayatickets provides an online platform for event organizers to create, manage, promote, and sell event tickets, and for attendees to discover events and purchase tickets. Our services include event listing, ticketing, marketing tools, payment processing, check-in, and related support services.

2. Registration and Account

• You must register for an account to access most features of Ayatickets.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Services

• Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise permitted with appropriate consent.
• You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana and any other relevant jurisdiction.
• Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, interference with other users, or any abusive, harassing, or harmful behaviour.

4. Event Management and Ticket Sales

• Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of their event listings and events.
• Tickets sold through Ayatickets are subject to the terms set by the event organizer, except where Ayatickets policy applies.
• Ayatickets is not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or outcome of events listed on the platform.

5. Payment and Fees

• We support payment methods including Mobile Money, bank and card payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal through certified payment partners.
• Payments are processed securely through our platform and third-party payment gateways.
• Applicable fees, commissions, or charges are disclosed during checkout or in our pricing materials.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by Ayatickets policy and, where applicable, the event organizer’s stated terms.
• Ayatickets facilitates refund processing in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• If an event is cancelled or materially changed, we will make reasonable efforts to support timely refunds where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on Ayatickets, except user-generated or organizer-provided content, are owned by Ayatickets or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Ayatickets provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all third-party or organizer-provided content.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayatickets’ liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayatickets, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your event listings, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ayatickets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
