Data Deletion Instructions

Ayatickets ("we") lets you request deletion of your personal data, including data we received via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

How to delete your account and data

• Log in to your Ayatickets account, go to Account settings, and choose Delete account; or
• Email support@ayatickets.com with the subject line Data deletion request, from the email address or phone number on your account; or
• Send the message DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number +233 55 905 1324.

We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.

What we may keep

We retain only what the law requires (for example payment and transaction records for tax and fraud prevention), then delete those records when we are no longer required to keep them.

Tickets already issued for past events may be retained in anonymised form for event reporting.
