Short answer: AYATICKETS does not offer self-service ticket transfers or name changes in the app or website today. The name on your order is the one supplied at checkout. If the name is wrong, contact the event organizer first; they may re-issue or advise at the door.
What you can do
- Before you pay — double-check name, email, and phone at checkout. Guest buyers should use the email that will receive the QR code.
- After purchase — message the organizer with your order reference and the correct attendee name. Many events scan QR codes only, so the name on the ticket may not matter for entry.
- Retrieve your ticket — use Find My Tickets or where to find tickets.
- Platform help — if the organizer cannot help, contact AYATICKETS support with your order reference.
Buying for someone else
Enter their email at checkout so they receive the ticket directly, or forward the ticket email after purchase. Do not buy with a random email you cannot access.

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
There is no automated transfer link. Ask the organizer if they allow resale or name updates for that event.
Will the scanner show the wrong name?
Scanning uses the ticket QR code. Entry policy (ID check, name match) is set by the organizer.
