How to Disable

  1. Go to Team → Manage Team Members
  2. Find the team member

  4. Confirm the action

Note: Disabled team members lose all access but their account remains in your team. You can re-enable them anytime.

Important: Removed team members lose all access permanently. If you want to invite them again later, you'll need to send a new invitation.

Team Management Best Practices

Regular Maintenance

  • Review Access: Monthly review of who has access to what
  • Clean Up: Remove inactive team members
  • Update Roles: Adjust permissions as responsibilities change

Security Considerations

  • Principle of Least Privilege: Give minimum necessary access
  • Monitor Activity: Check team member activity logs
  • Immediate Action: Disable suspicious accounts immediately
