Occasionally, due to network disruptions or server processing delays, our PDF ticket generator may not produce the file correctly. When this happens, users may receive their ticket email with all the relevant details intact, but the attached PDF may appear blank.



What Does This Mean for My Ticket?



Rest assured, your ticket is still valid. The information you need, including your ticket reference number, is always included in the main body of the email. The PDF attachment is simply an optional backup for those who prefer to print their tickets.



What Should I Do If I Need the PDF?



If you would like a new copy of the PDF:

2. Provide your ticket reference number or the email address used to make the purchase.


3. Our team will promptly resend the PDF to your email address.
