An intimate evening of photography, music & conversation centered around malaïka's debut project 27.
malaïka is a Ghanaian-German-Cameroonian singer and creative, born in Berlin and based in Accra. She is moved by music she describes as “feeling like a warm hug,” drawing influence from soulful women artists such as Jill Scott, India Arie, and Cleo Sol. Her sound spans neo-soul, jazz, and R&B, while also weaving in elements of highlife, afrobeat, and makossa.
Her project '27' received support from Black Girls Glow & she has taken the EP to Nairobi, London, Berlin and beyond.
The evening will close with a live concert - soulful, rich & heartwarming musical experience you don't want to miss!
