How to Choose a Payout Network (Mobile Money or Bank) in Ghana

Short answer: In Dashboard → Settings → Payout method, choose Mobile Money or Bank account, then pick the network that matches the wallet or bank account you control (for example MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo, or your bank name). Enter the account name and number exactly as they should appear on transfers.

Why the network matters

Ghana payouts must go to the correct MoMo provider or bank. AYATICKETS loads the official list of supported networks for Ghana organizers. If you pick the wrong network, your payout can fail or delay.

Mobile Money

1. Open payout setup in your dashboard.
2. Select Mobile Money.
3. Tap the chip for your network (MTN, Telecel (formerly Vodafone), or AirtelTigo).
4. Enter the registered name and MoMo number (usually 10 digits).
5. Save. The card should show that information is complete before you request a payout.

Bank account

1. Choose Bank account instead of MoMo.
2. Select your bank from the dropdown (supported Ghana banks).
3. Enter account name and account number as on your bank statement.
4. Save and confirm the dashboard status.

Updating networks later

AYATICKETS may add or rename networks (for example when a telco rebrands). New options appear in payout settings after platform updates—no app store update required for the list itself. If you already saved a method, use Change to switch networks; existing saved accounts may still display older labels until you edit them.

FAQ

Do buyers pay into this MoMo number?

No. This wallet or bank account is only for your organizer payouts. Ticket buyers pay through checkout (Paystack, Korba, etc.).

Can I use someone else’s MoMo?

Use an account you are authorized to receive business income on. Mismatched names cause failures.

PayPal or Stripe?

Some organizers also have PayPal or Stripe payout methods when enabled. If you do not see them, use MoMo or bank as above.
