Short answer: If you scheduled a launch and your event is in Coming Soon mode, open Advanced settings and click Open sales now. Ticket sales start immediately and people on the ticket alert waitlist are notified shortly.
When to use this
- You moved up your drop time
- Demand is high and you want to sell before the scheduled hour
- You finished testing and are ready to go live
Steps
- Confirm you previously chose Schedule a launch (scheduling guide).
- Open Manage → Advanced settings.
- In the ticket sales section, click Open sales now.
- Confirm the prompt. Sales open right away; the scheduled time is cleared.
Waitlist notifications
If ticket alerts were enabled, AYATICKETS notifies waitlisted contacts automatically—usually within a couple of minutes. Tell your team so they are ready for the traffic spike.
