Short answer: Schedule a ticket launch, enable Allow attendees to sign up for ticket alerts in Advanced settings, and save. Fans join a waitlist on your event page; AYATICKETS notifies them when sales open.
Who this is for

Before you start
- Set Schedule a launch with a future sales start time. See how to schedule a ticket launch.
Steps
- Go to Manage → Advanced settings for your event.
- Under When tickets go on sale, choose Schedule a launch and set your sales start time (Ghana time).
- Check Allow attendees to sign up for ticket alerts.
- Optional: open Customize the coming soon message to edit the heading and message (defaults work fine).

What happens when tickets open
When your scheduled time arrives—or when you open sales early—AYATICKETS sends alerts to people on the waitlist. You do not need to send those messages yourself.
Password-protected events
If the event is password-protected, fans must enter the password before they can join the waitlist or buy.
