Share your event everywhere
- Copy the public event URL from your dashboard or Advanced settings.
- Post on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and email lists.
- Add your USSD code (USSD for your event).
Paid visibility: Promotions
- In the dashboard, open Promotions or Promote your event (when enabled).
- Choose your event and a promotion package.
- Complete payment—our team activates featured placement and marketing actions in the package.

Automatic “notify me” (ticket alerts)
When you schedule a ticket launch, turn on ticket alerts so fans join a waitlist. AYATICKETS sends email/SMS when sales open—see event ticket waitlist.
Email buyers you already have
- Resend ticket email — from an order in Recent orders, resend confirmation to the buyer (or update the email first).
- Export attendees — use order/report exports for your own mailouts (follow Ghana data-protection rules and only contact people who bought from you).
