Short answer: Put your AYATICKETS event page link in Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email. Copy it from your dashboard (event page or Advanced settings → Public page). For a multi-link “link in bio” page, many organizers use Sesi alongside AYATICKETS.
Your main link to share
- Open the event in My events → Manage.
- Copy the public event URL (same link shown under Advanced settings).
- Paste it in posts, stories, bios, and DMs—one link for web, app, and checkout.
Organizer profile page
Your public organizer profile on AYATICKETS lists your events. Share that page when you run multiple shows. Use the share buttons on your profile to post to Facebook, X, or email.
Bio links (Instagram & TikTok)
Social apps allow only one link in bio. Options:
- Link directly to your current event (best for one active sale).
- Use a bio link tool such as Sesi to list several links (event, RSVP, merch) and point the main button to your AYATICKETS event.
Short URLs
Short links are optional. Your full AYATICKETS event URL works everywhere. If you need a shorter link for print or SMS, use a trusted URL shortener or Sesi—always test the link before you promote it.
Hidden or password events
Direct links still work when the event is hidden from listings or password-protected. Share the password separately.
