Short answer: Tickets show as on sale only when the event is published, the event date is still valid, ticket types are active, and nothing is blocking sales (scheduled launch, sold out, payout lock, or ticket sale windows). Check your event in the dashboard and the items below.
Checklist in your dashboard
- Publish the event — unpublished events do not sell.
- Event date active — open the event, confirm the date is enabled and not in the past.
- Ticket types active — each ticket must be turned on with price and quantity set.
- Scheduled launch — if you set a future sales time under Advanced settings, buyers see “Coming Soon” until that time (Ghana time).
- Ticket sale start / end dates — per-ticket windows can hold sales even when the event is published.
- Sold out — increase quantity or add a ticket type.
- Payout request lock — an approved or pending payout on an event date can stop new sales on that date. See payout process.
- Listing vs sales — Hidden or password-protected events may not appear in browse lists but the direct link can still sell once unlocked.
What buyers see
- Coming Soon — scheduled launch or future ticket sales start.
- Sold out — no remaining quantity.
- No tickets available — no active ticket types or date passed.
Sales during a live event
If sales closed because the clock passed, review your event date and end time and ticket settings. Adjust only if it matches how the event is actually running. When unsure, contact support with your event link.

Open My events, select the event, and read the status label on each date. Then contact AYATICKETS support with your event name and a screenshot.
